Dammit. Good time to upgrade though...

 

What're the plans??

 

Upgraded lifters (Johnsons) / more aggressive cam (TSP 233/239 .600 112) / better pistons (Wiseco +5.00cc) - Keeping it NA nothing too drastic...yet. Just got done doing the 4l80e swap so it'll be basically new from fan to diff...

 

Most of the parts are in so assembly can begin. As is usually the case the direction for the motor has changed to prep it for boost down the line...hence the ATI Super Damper. Went with Diamond pistons as well since I got a smoking deal on them just after Wiseco acquired the company.

Whoa, Christmas in April...

 

Yep - starting assembly tomorrow. Upgrading the fuel system as well to get it ready for the Procharger add to come. Taking it back to Alvin @ PCM of NC in June for the LSXRT install and retune.

 

Long block assembled and going back in today.
