Ran it. It did ok for shake down passes. Chased problems all day. 1st run was a 2.0 60 12.12@119 mph. Got out of the gas past the 60' and back in. Banged the rev limiter on every shift and It hit the tires too hard so i firmed up the extension 3 clicks and hook city on street tires. The shift delay was .5 so i backed it up to .1. After the first pass The engine was pissed the rest of the day. Fought low fuel pressure, a bad plug wire...basically worked on it all day. It popped snapped and **** all the way down the track.

In the end my best was a 1.59 60' 7.3 1/8 and 11.72 @ 115 1/4. It has a ton more in it but i have some issues to figure out. Its getting a tire in the air every pass on drag radials!

Love this little truck. You'll like that carb once you get it lined out

Thanks. It ran great all week last week. Hopefully a set of new plugs and wires will fix the sputter. It revs clean in neutral but sputters all the way down the track under load. Im running tr55 plugs. A few people mentioned that i should try a tr6 at 11.4 compression.

Hope you get it lined out, otherwise my old fart *** will have my truck lined out before you do!! LOL

I have the stock plugs in the truck and have ordered the plugs for nitrous use that you suggested.

Congrats on the passes you have made so far. You and your OCD *** should have it lined out in no time.

Congrats man for the first time out right off the trailer you did a damn good job. I am still shocked how well it did despite the small issues.

It was good seeing you again and hanging out that night in the parking lot. Until next year

Naw he has a few bugs to work out, nothing major. When that this is dialed in it is gonna surprise alot people. Then when he adds nitrous it is gonna be sick!

What plugs are you going to run when it sees nitrous?
