Got the meth tank mounted and lines ran to the engine bay. Got the wiring harness pulled into the cab. Was going to mount the controller in the glovebox but decided to buy a rago dash mount and put both it and my Innovative SCG-1 gauge there. Tomorrow is meth solenoid, boost solenoid, map sensor, and then probably starting on moving the fuse box and harness. If I get lucky with work this week, I’m pushing to have everything but the hot side piping, turbo, injectors, and plugs done. May do plugs this week also.

Meth and map solenoids mounted. Started working on wiring harness relocation. Ran out of time today and need a different hole saw. So far not to bad. Tomorrow I’ll finish the fuse box harness relocate, mount the boost solenoid, run the various solenoid wires where they need to be, and then either do the spark plugs or wrap the pipes.

Went ahead and ordered an extreme valve body and deep trans pan. There’s like one company in the world that builds high performance valve body’s for these trucks and they are in Australia. They claim over 600hp holding capability on the stock transmissions. There aren’t a lot of options for those on these trucks either (IPT and Level 10) and from what I’ve read, those aren’t really that much better than stock. Either way, the truck will be as prepped as I can make it and should be a lot of fun.

Relay box and harness moved. Heat taping mostly done. 1 step colder plugs installed. Busy day. 4 more hours done today. Tomorrow is going to be more heat taping and wrapping the down pipe and crossover pipe. Sunday I’m going to tackle the intercooler and it’s piping.

Intercooler and piping installed. What a pain in the ***. I’m going to redo the meth line and wire routing and run everything on the passenger side to clean everything up but otherwise, I’m ready for the turbo and exhaust piping and start. Planning on doing that in a couple of weeks when I’m back from a work trip.

Did some little stuff today. Removed the trans heating lines. Opened up a lot of room. Mounted my distro block for switched 12v and got that tied in. Moved the meth tank and lines and wires over to the passenger side. Tomorrow and this week the plan is to install the Rago plate and get the cables connected and hopefully finish the wiring and plumbing. Goal is to do the exhaust, turbo, and injectors this weekend and get it fully going.

Over complicating a mount for a single gauge. Although it’s a nice setup and I can add more stuff to that plate if I want. Also got the water meth controller located. Depending on how the weather is and how froggy I feel, I’m going to finish the meth system up tomorrow. At that point, I’ll just be waiting for the weekend so I can do the exhaust and turbo.

6hrs of wiring later and the gauge is mounted and running and the water meth is 95%. Need to order a switch and then find a place for the pump and wire it and it’s done.
