355 is a handful of good people and a metric **** ton of retards.

Reported my post from calling a dude a retard for claiming 2 cycle oil in his gas was helping his mpg's.

But ya as far as this engine goes I have actually only seen a few pictures of one even taken apart. Its a 2 bolt main from what i can tell but the main caps are the size of a Boeing 747. Also I think the rods are powdered metal in construction.

There have only been a handful of people boost these but most of them pop them within the first couple of miles. Just goes to show its all a tuning game.

Yeah, these motors are weird as ****, this thread is by far the most successful build ive seen to date. They almost always fail, even a **** ton of random (daily driver non aggressive people) have chunked motors too.. I have gone thru 3 Inline 5's so far.. 3 I drive the **** out them, but I maintain them just as much.. every motor, exact same sound, exact same end game. 2, 3.5's and 1, 3.7...

Needless to say I have absolutely no trust in these motors, which sucks because I always LOVED them.. they are so different and its so fun to watch peoples face when you tell them its a 5cylinder, and my old red truck with no cats and a cut out sounded like my buddies viper damn near

Oh well, I guess I'll have to go LS the next time I kill one

I just tried to post my truck up for sale on 355 Nation. Well, first thing I noticed is that on the top right, it says "Hunter, shouldn't you be going to bed?", near my last login...wtf? Then, they apparently fill me in that I have to pay $15 a year, just so I can use the classifieds seciton. Am I missing something here, or is 355 that *** backwards?

So, the greetings are standard? What's the deal with that?

It wouldn't let me post, and I'm not paying $15.00 a year/$40.00 for a lifetime. That's a lot for a forum. Have ya'll mentioned to anyone that's steep?

They must have recently changed it, because I was able to list in the classifieds not too long ago.
