Wink Tundra Build: Forged Motor 6.4L SuperCharged

Something a bit different here, not a LS motor being build but I hope you guys enjoy.

Well the Tundra's motor took a dump at 16k miles right before the Standalone(Only ~400 w/ supercharger). Now time to make it bigger and better. Reason for blowing up is cause Toyota doesn't offer a Re-flash for 4x4 FlexFuel trucks, so I went with this AEM F/IC-8 with a jumper harness to control my injectors and eventually the stock PCM re-learned and overwrote the AEM and yeah...

So far it has
-TRD supercharger
-ASP 2# pulley
-Custom Electric fans
-Valve body shift kit
-Dough Thorley LT headers
-Full Dual 3" exhaust (X-Pipe)
-AEM Fuel/Ignition Controller (Getting rid of it for a Full Standalone)

For the new build it's gonna get
-6.4L Bore
-Ported and polished heads
-Polished stock crank (Factory Forged)
-Darton Piston sleeves
-CP Forged pistons 100mm
-Pauter Forged Rods
-PRO EFI Full standalone
-ASP Crank/waterpump pulley's good for another 2psi
-Ported TRD Supercharger (Based on TVS1900)
-Auburn Posi
-Caltracs
-And a few other Miscellaneous things

*I'll be updating this thread as parts come in and some of the installation process*

4-8-2013 ---- Pauter Forged Rods came in

It's to bad more companies don't step up to the aftermarket. Makes it really hard to enjoy this hobby when you try to think out side the box.

Nice to see something different!!!

It's always welcome on this site. Just because the Fords and Chevy's have the most aftermarket support doesn't mean we don't like to see something new.

Thanks for posting up!!!

True, everything for engine work has to be custom. CP Pistons has been drawing 3d models of the piston's for almost a month now and finally got it all figured out and machining starts this upcoming Monday, as well as the piston sleeves.
I'm pretty much the Guinea pig of the Tundra's cause I was one of the 1st to install a SuperCharger on a FlexFuel and tried many different ways to get my pcm re-flashed and then got a jumper harness to a AEM F/IC-8 to manage my fuel.
I'll also be one of the first to do a Full Standalone set-up on a Tundra, my buddy Chris Delgado is ready for Research and Development so he has time to try something new.

2007-2009 2WD and 4x4 and 2009+ 2WD models only get to get a Re-flash for the TRD Supercharger by factory.
Mines a 2011 4x4 FlexFuel, they don't offer re-flashes for FlexFuels(4x4 only)
There's been a couple companies that have tried but not one has been able to crack it.
But then again the factory reflash is only good for the 7psi off the s/c and it's calibrated for everything else to be stock.
