I finally ordered the rest of the parts to complete the 8 rib setup. I ordered innovators west power steering, alternator pulleys and lightning force performance idler pulleys. The idlers are double bearing 100mm and 90mm, i need to order a spacer yet for one of the idlers but i should be able to get that from magnuson. The pulleys come with the cts-v spacer, i'm going to try and see if it works. The hd tensioner for now i'm going to use the pulley it came with but i will upgrade later since the innovators is aluminum and will work better.

I got the lightning force perfomance idlers on, they worked out pretty good. I couldn't use the stock spacer on one side. I had to use a spacer for a cts-v, worked out pretty good. They are 10 rib but are double bearing, the belt rides close to the edge but not over so ....so far so good. Hopefully I get the power steering and alternator pulleys on sat morning.

Thanks guys, I can't wait to see, hear and drive the finished product. It will be weeks b4 I can get time to do the whole thing but we'll worth it. No corners cut, I've been gathering parts, only piece left is a meth kit for the higher boost.

Thankyou, much appreciated. These are such nice pieces, I had to post em. Innovators really makes some nice parts. I wanted to add that if you are using the metco style idler pulleys you can use on one idler the stock magnuson idler spacer and on the other the cts-v or camaro spacer. The spacer you cut the shoulder off and it fits perfect and the 2 idlers line up perfectly. I ordered new bolts so i can use the fancy idler front covers. I'll post up the bolt lengths and show the spacers when i put them on. That puts the belt on the pulley about 1/8 from the inside edge, since they are 10 rib that i guess would be perfect.
