Default smooth is nice....

alright let me start out by saying i DO NOT AT ALL IN ANY WAY envy you guys that do body work for a living...i salute you!

now with that said i'm smoothing my dashboard this weekend & already have the first stage of sanding done...here's some pics of how the dash looked before i started (just for the record this was not the dash that was in my truck...picked it up for free from a buddy in FLA)

and for those who are curious it's getting smoothed then painted black

started at 80 went to 180 then goin 220 i'm done with the 220 already & tomorrow i can lay filler & spray

yeah its a PITA lol. ive done a cluster bezel before and it turned out nice but was a bitch to get it right...

definately gotta wait for everyone else to wake up before i go out & hit it with the 220 one more time gotta question about spray guns...i have a pressure feed...anybody know what psi to run it at?

Default update with pics!

alright puttin the bulldog on the dash & have the two vents painted & cleared the pics are from before i threw the final 2 coats of paint & 3 coats of clear on the vents
