it's a drag bike, but he does ride it. we've ridden several hundred miles over a weekend and he's right there with us well, he does disappear out of sight every now and then. lol

going with the guy friday to drop it off to get dyno tuned and set up the suspension, i'll update this thread with the final numbers and some track times

stop call your local suzuki dealer. there is a recal on all 05-06 gxr1000. they have cracked frames and if they come up clean they weld supports on them to prevent it from happenig.







oh yeah, bad *** build.

update: the bike is still at the shop, he decided to go ahead and build the motor and all too. new setup will be forged pistons, h-beam rods, alittle head work, oversized valves, billet clutch basket, multistage lock-up clutch, race cut transmission gearset, macintosch 8-10 over swingarm, penske squat-and-lock rear shock, forks are getting revalved and lowered alittle more. should make 420-430 whp at around 24psi and still be %100 streetable
