Thanks guys for the complements I am hopefully trying to get it done somewhere around the end of January if nothing keeps popping up

Everything is mocked up and ready to be welded. At first I thought there was no need to add and flex pipe on waste gate if the piping is short enough, but that's a risk of cracking I don't want to have so I ordered a set of flex-pipe that we will add on later on wastegates exit to the DP. The downpipe isnt going to be welded until truck is done.

Finally the intercooler fits pefect, Wiggins style clamps all the way no need for any boost leaks

Did you have to cut those plates off the bottoms of the front frame horns? Mine has those and I think they need to come off to mount my intercooler.

Yes I removed them. They are useless, I dont know what GM engineers are smoking these days
