so you already upgraded the headlights? wasn't tracking that.
all i saw was the denali headlights with the white reflectors... and normal denali fixtures just use basic 9005 lamps in both the highs & lows (with 9006 converter pigtails).

@_zebra Correcto, I bought them that way. I probably will just order a new setup from Morimoto and replace the lights and stay H1 for now. The lights and ballasts are from DDM Tuning or some **** like that. The actual housings are Morimoto though.

I also need to get new high beams so probably will just get both at the same time.

Driver side pos. terminal bolt replaced with a Schumacher BAF-STB. I did check the cables and there was two flecks of the green on there. Cables looked fine to me, should have grabbed a picture but I didn't... Did clean it but my battery terminal cleaner seems either not to work or it did not detect the corrosion.

I did put the good battery back in. It was at 12.7 volts when installed so I guess we will find out if it is draining with this. Eventually I will get a meter on it.

Replaced my headlight bulbs, one went out on me the other day and went ahead and switched to the Morimoto 6000k bulbs. They look the same color temp to me

Still on the hunt for this battery issue. I think I am getting closer.

Ground wire going to passenger side battery is probably bad. They are hard to test as they gain resistance as they get warmer with use.

@smokinlmm I have a long thread on DuramaxDiesels over this. That was something that got tossed around. I have one more check to do and then I'll pull the fender liner and get the cable out and check. I'm considering just replacing the entire cable, it's only $15 or so.

Morimoto is RMAing my bulbs. They said they had never seen a line that bad on them. If it doesn't work I will save up for the micro D2S kit.

New bulbs didn’t fix it. Super weird. I think the lines on the Denali housing are actually causing this.

I won’t worry about it. I don’t think it is distracting or blinding oncoming drivers.

Also leaking oil out of intercooler tubes on passenger side. Just a drop here and there. Going to clean it out and replace o-rings when I receive them.
