Thanks for all of the compliments!

The 4.11's, Eaton and T/A cover will be for sale once I get a 9.5 for the truck. That will help offset some of the cost for upgrading the 9.5.

I think that the front end needs to come down a bit...maybe a 1/2" or so. Will have to wait until the 404 gets in...the extra 125-150 pounds up front will bring it down a little.

Unfortunately, they are cleaned up. That's the powdercoating making it look dull. That will be fixed eventually!

No, it's an iron 6.0 block. It's bored .010 over with a 4" crank.

damn, I should have known that from the slight surface rust. I figured that since you had an LS1 you'd want to go with the aluminum block again. On a side note, would you recommend getting the TR224 on 112 or 114 lsa?

I'm going to have to figure something out for a fuel system before I spray it again. I'm leaning towards a 150 shot, but if I can get the moolah together for a direct port setup I might go a little larger. I'm really hoping for 475-500 on motor, and 600-650 on the nitrous. Based on how the truck ran before, that should put me in the bottom 12s on motor, maybe high 11s, and super low 11s or high 10s on bottle IF I can get it to hook.

At least that's what my ricer math calculator is predicting!

Mine was on a 112 LSA; with untouched 241 castings, bolt-ons and Pacesetters, it made 354/357 on motor and 479/567 on a 150 shot.

But the track numbers say more than the dyno numbers. With the 3200-stall Yank in the 80e and 4.11's out back, it went 13.0 @ 109 on motor and 11.54 @ 119 on a 100 shot in perfect air. I was able to duplicate those numbers on a 150 shot in less than perfect air.

I love the TR224 cam...it has just enough lope to sound right and makes awesome power across the rpm range.

The cam for the 404 is a standard split duration in the 230s, around .600 lift with a little more on the exhaust than the intake, and it's on a 111 LSA. I told PatrickG that I was running ported stock castings and a stock-style intake, so he spec'd it out based on that.
