Yep.. the welds are the thinnest part. So its pretty much gonna crack before the Pipe does.

Hey guys little update. Motors in, trans is up. Exh is done. Left to do is coil relocation, vaccume lines, redoing nitrous setup, then radiator and fluids. Also got fitting to redo the fuel line on top, not a big fan, going to go move it under the firewall.

I work all weekend, 12 hour shifts but off Monday-Tuesday. See what I can do, just taking my time and setting it up how I like it.

Looking good man. Good call on the fuel line. It looks like a sore thumb in those pics with the fresh engine in there. This truck is going to be a beast. 9's first time out for sure.

YEAH BUDDY. Foose is back

Worked damn hard on her before I head out on the Job again for a week tomorrow. My hard work seems to have paid off though. Love the look, sounds, and feel of it being back up again. Cam is a lot more mild then I expected for a mid 23s cam with 4 degree's overlap, damn thing purs. It's there though, drives great for a starter tune.

Now it just needs some miles on it, but i'm just excited to be back up!

Few build shots and final video of her running! Circle D triple disc is loud when not in gear and also my flex section has to be replaced as it's leaking pretty bad and making nasty exh sounds.

I have done a couple 30% throttle deals and she start coming on at 28-3k and I let out. I think it's actually going to be more responsive to boost with the 5.7L/ s480/92 1.0 t4 over the 4.8L/ s475/83 1.1 t4.

Also the eng seems more crisp even for a light tune. Maybe it's just fresh compression under my right foot lol.

Good times await!

Glad to see it back together, looks great. I also HATED the sound my Circle D triple disk made in neutral or park. Made my truck sound janky and broken. I moved back to a single disk since I didn't do WOT lockup.

Looks sweet man. I like what you did with the solenoids and lines and moving the fuel line over, but whats going on with that innovative box?
