Thanks man! I just put I screen with a zip tie to keep any debris out of it while I was running it n/a. You can drive it to the shop with everything hooked up, but you MUST NOT get into boost AT ALL, which shouldn't be hard if you understand that you will wreck the motor if you do.
As far as how mine runs, going to put a few more miles on it and drain the break in oil before I start to run it any harder than just minimal (1-2 psi) boost.

haha, Yea thats the part im worried about if I DO hook everything up. Its over an hour drive to get to the shop that will do the tuning. Maybe itll just be best for me to trailer it down there ready to rock haha.

Remove the wastegate spring and keep the vac reference, turbo shouldn't be able to build any boost...

Little update on my truck, been running pretty good so far. Running 12.5psi on e85 with 74lb injectors at 115% and two m5 meth nozzles, thats about all I can do for now. Runs pretty strong at this level, my converter is way too loose, going to tighten it up this winter, I can brake stall it to 4400, and my rpm's never go below 5400. Also, I am having a lot of trouble hooking up in 4wd, from a dead idle, goes about 5 feet then lights up all 4 and gets squirrely. If I spool it to just 0 vac/boost, it gets violent, haven't tried launching with any boost, too scared, lol. I have a trutrac with 3.73's. Need to get some better shocks, limiter straps up front, and maybe some caltracs if that doesn't cut it. Plan to mix in some 110 at the track this fall and see how much i can turn it up before I run out of injector.

Here's a little vid, this is 4wd from a stop no boost on the start.

Let me know what you guys think

Thanks, on my hpt logs from that run, it says 0-60 is 3.3 seconds. Another run I saw 20-80 in 3.7 sec. This loose converter is hurting my top end pull I think (50+mph)

Sounds good! Depending on fuel psi that kind of duty cycle with 74lb injectors could be mid 10 second power easily. That converter is prob killing you a little. That cam and light pistons comes on pretty hard doesn't it

How does the idle sound?
