My silverado is a 99 I have a 96 blazer also that's only a few inches from the ground, and the shovelhead I have brand new std cases with flywheels and rods and a paughco wishbone frame for 200 rear tire

in the driveway? got the trans going in, gotta make a cross member and all that but its been irene clean up since then, had to demo my whole basement so the truck has gone on the back burner for now

made up a 4l80 crossmember today using the stock crossmember ends and fabbed this up using 1.75 dom tube

Kinda looks like mine except mine's more arched so that the exhaust can run underneath it if need be. Great work.

my intent was to have more room for the exhaust but it doesnt really make any difference because the frame horns are whats the problem.

man you can make some $$$ if you sell some copies of that cross member...I have been looking for one premade on my 08 Silvy..my welding skills are no good...

once all is done i may pull it back out and make a fixture to sell them. im not sure how popular this setup is
