So since I'm stalled on the brakes until tomorrow where I have a hot date with the Wilwood techies, I thought I'd play around with something else!
These are the Street Scene SS mirrors from my old 05' CC. Unfortunetly the plugs for the mirrors on the 01's are different from the 05's...

So I broke out the soldering gun, heat shrink and electrical tape and went to work!
Finished product =

And if you really want to know what the secret to my success is Bill it's lowering the Drag Coefficient on the truck!!
Old vs. New

Here's what they look like on the truck...hard to tell because of the lightiing and the fact that the truck is jacked up right now and not sitting low on the ground but time will tell if they look good. I can always cut up the wiring again and return them back to stock if I don't like'em...but I felt the same way about them when they were on the CC and eventually they grew on me so we'll see what happens.

I also removed the battery and plan on relocating it to the rear of the truck behind the license plate. Gonna need as much room as possible in the engine bay eventually so gonna start moving stuff now while it's easy. Also gonna get rid of an air pump that's used for emissions that's hiding in the engine bay currently.
Opps forgot to add a pic of the new Air Conditioning unit I bought for those hot humid days in the garage!!
