Your gonna be more upset when you see how long it takes me to do what you and I did in two days.
I haven't assembled
when it comes to parts I need. Like I don't have a flexplate or a converter yet!
I'm gonna cross that bridge when I get there!
Putting it in at an angle wouldn't of worked very well, I think I'll be good though.
now to locate a suitable I beam that can double as an cherry picker!!

YESSSSSSSSSS!!!! Take a week off work suckaa!!! I'll call you tomorrow, I owe you and Ashley a dinner and UFC fight night!

Actually I've been sneaky!!

Look what's hiding in the corner behind the engine!

And you better get your cam timing clocked right cuz I'm taking you on in the 1/4 with my motorized scooter...and I'm not falling for that running start kickstand Doo-op thing you had going with the other guy.
We go on green, winner has to admit what their favorite Cartoon is!!

So I didn't get as much time as I was hoping for today but I did get a few things done.
I pushed it out and washed it pretty good, than I pulled the bed off and tucked it in the corner and out of the way...
Because I didn't have anyone around to help me I used the cherry picker and some straps that I probably shouldn't of used.

I used a cam shaft as a weight to either tilt the bed forward or backward depending on what obstacle I was trying to clear. Worked kinda handy actually.

I was sweating doing it by myself but turns out it was a piece of cake with the right equipment.

I sat it down of four jackstands which means I have to go buy another set to get the truck up in the air. Oh well, not sure what I'm gonna need 8 jackstands for when I'm done with this build. Also took the hood off and placed it atop the bed.

Now truck fits inside with room to spare and getting to the shelves isn't gonna be a problem.

I realized I'm gonna be in a pinch when it comes to how high I can raise the truck up. Looks like 8-10 inches is as high as I'll be able to go before the roof hits the garage door elbow. I might have to turn the truck around and face it in just so I can lift it high enough to get the tranny in...

If I get real adventurous I'm gonna strip the wax off the frame and paint it. Not sure when I might do it or if I'll have time but it bugs me that there's so much dirt melted into the wax.

hahaha Whats the measurement on that garage? My garage is an average 20x 20 two car garage, but my dad's 3/4 ton single cab long bed will fit with the garage closed with the front bumper barely touching the wall and the rear bumper clearing by 1/2 inch.
