LKQ won't even let you pick it up from the site. Gotta get it shipped. At least that was what happened last time I talked to them...

I'll start with my 70 and the 27 spline and upgrade it when it blows. It's 150 and would be a good proof of concept.

After some more research about the transfer case issue I found a few writeups about the Magna Powertrain 3023. The automatic 4x4 mode on these is basically AWD. The clutches allow for slip between the front and rear axle and used wheel speed as an indicator of slip, apply more power to the front up to 50% until wheel speeds match again. This is safe to use on dry pavement and will not damage the transfer case. Basically it already does what I want it to do. I just didn't know it. I am going to try using it, and worst case if it blows the transfer case I will know that they are not as well done as what I want.

I've beat the **** out of my auto track. Still going but the 408 hasn't had a chance to put all it torque thru it yet either. That case is an option I will keep in the back of my mind if my lets go.

Well the bed is off and the fuel system upgrade is started. I think I am going to ditch the evap system when I do the upgrade. I don't want to try and hook this deatschwerks pump up to it.
