I sold the ECSB. I don't need to have 3 vehicles to pay insurance on. Already bad enough having a house on the university campus with 2 vehicles and 1 place to park...

This one is a 4wd, so it will definitely sit a bit higher. I'm still partial to the 2/4, though. I think it will make quite a difference. I will try cranking the torsion bars up after the drop and turbo go in and sag the front end. Hope it handles better than the ECSB did with that weight over the front..

so thats the new whip? figured you were gona go newer, but wouldnt make sense to spend more money since your gona just rip into it. i bet some hotchkis suspension would be a real nice addition to it to make it handle that horsepower more than just in a straight line.

I should copy Brian's setup and make it into a canyon carver too

Probably start working on it here in a couple weeks.

3" DJM arms, pull the rear blocks, shackles and hangers would be the equivalent of a 2/4 on a 2wd. I loved my 2/4 on my 02' Sierra... very functional and looked great.

Will do. I'll be working on it on the east side of town too, so its kind of in your neck of the woods I will probably spend a full 2 weeks on it during my time off over the holidays, so you can stop by whenever you feel like getting greasy.

Sure lol, what do you want to know? Its getting a mild lowering kit, forged 6.0, refreshed 80e, rebuilt np246, s480, true trac in the rear, fuel system, and a 50 shot on an NX wet kit. And of course the various necessities in between. I am considering running a GMT900 harness, but haven't dug deep enough into the details of that yet. And Jarrett sort of talked me into an isky cam...so maybe one of those too
