FLT uses genuine oem solenoids from what I recall.

here is the tune. anybody with any knowledge take a look at it and see if anything in the 2nd-3rd gear shifting looks wrong . its engaging and dis-engaging and re-engaging when im partial throttle going from 2-3 shift. if any of you guys have a 80e swap please compare your tune to it also.

Your shift table doesnt look obviously wrong, but your pressures sure are set kinda high. I recommend setting your TCC settings so it doesnt try to lock in 2nd or 3rd, I bet that is your issue.

what should the pressures be set at? it is also shifting pretty hard when it does shift into 3rd.

Add 50 to the entire force motor current table except for the last two columns. Then subtract 10 from the entire base shift pressure table.

Fix your TCC settings to not lock in 2nd or 3rd and I bet that will fix your issue.

what window are these settings under because i cant find them?

Force motor current is in Trans > Auto Shift Properties > General > FMC > Positive, and the other tables are in the Shift Pressure tab under Auto Shift Properties. TCC settings are in Auto TCC > Apply/Release Speed > Normal.
