Judging from the picture, that's the only place I see to do it, however, is it tall enough?

No worries.. yah that would be where I would look at first... Or you could mount them in the dash on the pass side where it is cut back on the dash.. BTW that is a later model dash in there??? Looks nice.. What other gauges you wanting to put in??

Looks great man. I have mine in the pillar. They were a little hard to get used to/distracting at first but I'm use to them now.

Thanks man..I am not a huge fan of the pillar gauges. It draws alot of attention, every idiot in the world wants to try you out.. But if I didn't have this console going it it would stay there in the pillar ...

its a 1995 swb obs, the pictures dont do justice cause the different blacks show up to well, i had the interior all blacked out, it used to be grey, u talking about where the cargo light switch is? or the inset where the cup holders are? and as for where the cd player is i need to measure it..... ive been racking my brain where to put these things. I had a trim shop build my cluster for me and i tried taking it out but its in tight and i didnt wanna break anything so i was looking for a way to mount them without diggin into the dash... i might just have to go back to that guy and get him to pull the dash for me. Oh and the gauges will be boost, fuel pressure, and a/f ratio
