Precision PW39 with the natural and red spring-which didn't make any sense!
But i also discovered the second port on the wastegate bottom was not plugged???
I'm guessing that was the high boost issue?
I do have a Turbosmart manual in-cabin boost controller but it was at the lowest setting...

for clarification i got out of it right away! it just spiked/peaked at that very quickly,both on my gauge and the lap top...

...so just when it seems to be running clean,when it gets into boost it appears as though the torque management is holding me back and goes into a limp/safe mode!
Any thoughts or suggestions?

...seems to be running quite well now at 10lbs boost on the stock pump-next is a fuel system upgrade.

Season is coming to an end here,gonna address the fuel system and a few other loose ends this winter and turn up the boost in the spring.
