need wiring swap help please

ok so here it is i have a 04 lq4 and 4l80e for a turbo project i wanna do. im lookin for a 99-02 chevy swb for the truck i wanna put it in. my ? is can i use a v6 truck or do i need to find a v8 one ive been findin tons of the v6 around here and i dont mind doin some wiring but i aint tryin to rewire a truck lol. thanx any info would be helpful

Ive never done the swap mentioned. But you should be able to Do what your wanting. Just gonna need a 99-02 v8 harness. I think some fuel line changes too, seems i read that on here bout a swap so might want to check.
The harness "should" plug right in to the v6 truck fuse box.
I cant remember how the evap is routed on the v6 trucks either. But that shouldnt be hard to fix.

You will need a harness if you buy a 6 cyl. truck. A V-8 truck will be a direct drop in depending on the year of truck and motor I think there is a chance you will need to change 1-2 plugs but most if not all will fit every other year of NBS.
A harness isn't that much if you are spending the money to build a turbo set up and not that hard to install and get all worked out.

Find a v8 harness for the exact year model your truck is. GM is notorious for moving one pin here and there which can make a damm nightmare trying to track the gremlins. The V8 harness will be a direct plug in and everything will work correctly.
