#1
So it all started when i got drove my grandfathers truck......with the 5.3. I was so used to my 1.7 L honda... I WAS AMAZED. So i bought it and this is how it looked!

I know i know.... old man right. So i went on a mission lol. within the first couple weeks i debadged the back

got HIDs 6k, New headlight housings

shackles

Corvette Servo

, new toolbox and bed caps and tint.

Oh and a Borla Xr1 Round with a turndown before the axle.

as well as a billet grille yesterday

I plan to buy the silver 20" SS rims and a 2/4 drop maybe 3/5 haven't decided, im scared to C-Notch it
. I tried to remove the molding on the sides but there is paint damage so i put it back on until i can get it painted. So the next things are in order as new led taillights, remove the molding, buy rims and tires, lower, then longtubes, y pipe and the MIT Intake tube and a tune. MAYBE Turbo? not sure its my college transportation lol. dont wanna blow up yet
. Do yall recommend a 2/4 or a 3/5 i want a lower then stock look but not a scraping look if you know what i mean? any recommendations?

Go 2/4, you like it with 20's and depending on tire size. To me, I really hate when people try to shove big wheels under a lowered truck and use rubber band tires. One decent sized pothole and either you dent the rim/impact buldge the tire or ruin the rim aswell.
Here was my old sierra with a 2/4 drop.

I ran 275/55/20's without an issue.
I would go from something like a 265/50 or 275/50 if they make those sizes. Or even a 255/55. Going all the way down to a 45 sidewall on a 2/4 drop is not needed, those too small and will leave wheel gap.

Update 11/17/15:
I blew the rear end and the tranny haha. But I got it fixed. IROC I love those wheels! Looks so good!
And The_W thanks man! Really means a lot! Any recommendations on best wheel size without losing to much performance?
