Intercooler piping clears fine....it goes around the bracket, not through it.
Here's some pics with the new Airaid cold air box I put in...there was already a notch in the corner that clears the neck on the tank perfectly. The only interference is between the air filter and the washer tank. They touch, but the filter still fits.

The only thing that was a real pain in the *** about this was extending the wiring for the low fluid level switch. I moved it from the stock location, which is now washer fluid again, to the passenger side so I can still use it to tell me when the meth tank is low.

Sorry Eric, didn't think anyone over there was following my thread, except for the few of you who know what I'm up to anyway
Richard@WCCH was kind enough to ship my manifold to me overnight so I'd have it to work on this weekend. I dropped Kyle's 4.8 into my truck since it was already hanging from the hoist, cut the remainder of the fuel lines, and got the upper engine harness and injector plugs all sorted out. I'm going to have to change a few fittings due to clearance issues, but that's no big deal. I also don't think that my coil brackets are going to fit, but I have another idea for that, so we'll see what happens there.
Sitting on top of Kyle's new motor, making him jealous
View of the open throttle blades
Height, compared to a stock truck intake. I still need to cut off the extra on the carb hat stud.
Test fitting stuff.
After the upper engine harness is all situated. I still need to get some wire loom, but it's hidden pretty well under the manifold. You can see the clearance issues I ran into with the alternator as well. The line for the return is cut and laying on the valley cover, but I can't use the straight hose end that I bought for the return. I'll have to pick up a 45 or 90 fitting for it.
