hey everybody im getting ready for my new truck project to hit the track at heartland park raceway. mods are stock longblock 2012 rcsb ls worktruck 5.3 6speed. with knn dropin filter airraid tube ported & polished tb fast lsxrt 102mm kooks longtubes with catted ypipe into 3 inch x 18 inch summit glasspack with turndown before axle. slp udp 1.8 yella terra ultralite rockers circled 3000-3200 278mm stall richmond accel 4.10 gears. tuned by area47 for 93 octane and e85. lets see what a stock 5.3 can do. im getting 265 65 17 bfgs mounted on fly spare tire rims so traction might be an issue. but the more practice i get the better my ets should get. i will be experimenting with tire pressures and traction control mode.

 

i just got my new wheels and tires put on the back of my truck today. i got bfg long trail ta touring 265-65 17 tires mounted on fly spare tire rims. and had my driveshaft checked out at inland truck in olathe ks and corey said my driveshaft is only 6o inches long and is steel not aluminum. so it can handle more abuse than an aluminum one. im going to try different tire pressures down to 26lbs. to see what hooks the best.
