Depends on ur location I'm in ks no cats or mufflers required, throttle body spacer junk, intakes are all good I've had several different types and just the ebay special for 70 works good and a ported throttle body will help but no big gains

they are required here. but i still have a ways to go and some saving to do. do you know if i can run 305/45/22 or will they rub wicked bad

Tune, converter, gears would be my first mods if I did over again. Just build a cold air tube from pvc going to the stock box with a k&n and cut the front and bottom out of the box. That's what I would do....

I ran same size tires on my 22s never rubbed but my truck was higher then a 285 or 305 40 be ur best size

thanks guys. looks like my next mods are tune, paint, cold air, and i would like to downsize to 20s. I cant find anyone around here in mass sellin silverado ss wheels besides replicas

Ss wheels are kinda hard to find oem wise reps are ok but I'm not a picky person on wheels, I prefer 18s or 17s for gas mileage and easier tire choices

yeah. i think this weekend im gonna go to the junk yard and see if i can find myself a 2500hd hood because i cant afford a cowl hood unless they have one there.
