Update thread title as topics change. This isn't even the throttle body threadx anyway is it? Imo should be locked for it is one vs the whole forum. Still really looking forward to the tb result though.

Very well said IMO.

I'm half tempted to elaborate on this but I think Erik did a fine job of it.

Good point, this poor guy has two threads going that he's getting hammered in, and sometimes one can lose track...

...hmmm, maybe merge the threads together, or just put this one to rest...

I know I would hate it... even if I brought it upon myself... But if this one locked more people may bash in the other? Idk. I guess morals aren't coming into anyones' minds.

I have seen plenty of people try to fly... It doesn't work!

I have heard of people trying to breath/make fire under water, the result is most often called suicide. And anything that I know of that burns under water is about impossible to hold in your mouth.

It is proven a bullet will serious hurt or kill you depending on the size and distance. It is also a known fact that most any if not all bullet proof vests still bruise the hell out of the person wearing them but they do save there life.

No one in this thread has made a TB. Completely different situation. We have science and experiments to prove the outcome of your three ideas. I am looking to have at least some data on the two topics at hand. Kinda like the first person who ever jumped from a tree and went splat.

You're still missing the most basic points of this...

Nobody (here that I know of) has fabbed their own throttle body FOR A REASON...

Nobody even considers blocking/removing/limiting the front brakes from a truck FOR A REASON...

All it took was one caveman to get burnt by the first fire to invent the word 'hot' and 'ouch' lol... You're like the caveman that came along after him that said he's full of ****, fire can't hurt you, let's try this again

Sorry to kill your PIPE dream, but your not the first extreme DIY guy to think about a throttle body...

Most overly complicated ideas are killed in the research required to successfully complete.... I think you need more research....
