Default have converted NV 3500 to T56

( 1990 Siverado, original 350 TBI engine 3:42 posi 10 bolt ) Well the conversion went fairly well and as expected ran into some problems in regards to some braided line but the end result was well worth it, as least for now. The T56 fit perfectly well with the stock mount from the truck with little to no additives and I still have to add some wire thingie for the reverse lockout plus a few other problems which I will talk about later in this post. I had my upholsterer cut a 3" back x 4" wide C-section in the bench seat so the shifter would properly enter all gears without a hang-up, I wanted the stock look of the interior. I would have added photos but my other PC is down so photos of the seat will be later on and to top it off I've turned into a vegetable with my spinal arthritis a few weeks back and could not walk so I had someone else do the conversion, I am getting old and feeling it at 68, takes me 10 minutes to get off the bed.

After the T56 went in, the driveshaft had to be cut 1 1/2 inches and than balanced.

Right now after driving it for a couple days I've noticed the radio has no audio as well as scan and tune even though it lights up. Had to be something in regards to the swap.
The back-up lights don't work.
No reverse lockout.
And a noise when the clutch is pushed too far to the floor, which I believe to be the fork hitting the pressure plate but than again I wasn't there all the time.

Maybe when the LT1 engine and computer goes in this summer things will go back to how it should be. I do have the complete Camaro wiring harness with all the hookups for the T56 attached which I didn't want to cut just for the transmission swap.

If anyone can give me their assessment of why the things like the radio, and backup lights aren't working or even the noise in the clutch, I would be forever grateful.

I will show the photos of the seat and whatever else you need to see by Tuesday, thanks and have fun

I have another question and didn't know where to post it, so here goes...

I would like to put a complete 96 or later truck dashboard into my 90 Silverado, know of anyone who has done this and can give me some pointers? The reason for this is I like the wider look.
