Default Former Grandpa Makeover

Finally getting around to making some changes to the old girl after waiting until we moved in our house. So far removed the rear blocks, and installed the AFP coilover conversion this weekend. Still doing some tweaking, but the hard part is done. Next is to drop the rear another 2". That driver's side is tricky to get those nuts on, but otherwise smooth install.

First drive.

Weekends money shot

The 'easy' side done.

Test fit number 28.736

What drop are you aiming for up front?

I was looking for a 2" drop up front, but as it sits now it's about an inch lower. That measurement is of course off due to the fact that it was literally sitting on the front bump stops when I got it. I don't think it that was deliberate, but just worn out torsion bars.

I'm liking where the front is at currently, so may add the rear shackles this weekend and get it more leveled out.

stock pic for difference.
