Damn that thing pulls hard all the way to 6600, and looks like it could easily keep going to 7000!

Damn that thing pulls to the moon. How big of a cam do you have in there? I'm jealous of those heads BTW. I hope to run some on my 408 sometime.

with those cubes, a ported super vic and TFS 235 heads, dont be suprised if it wants to pull to 7,400 rpm.

if it wants to spin to the moon, let it. even on the dope. you have the rods/crank to do it. no need to cut its ***** off. i'm pulling less cubes with less heads with a unported vic jr to 7300 on a stock bottom end. that's a damn nice torque curve too. what size cam?

as for needing a 250 shot with 540rwhp at 3k lbs to run tens...LOL. i doubt i make 500 RWHP at 3200 lbs and it's set to go solid tens.

Reread my post. That's not what I said

I said either he needs to be really light to run 10's with only 550hp or he needs to run a 250 shot on top of his 550hp at a normal truck weight.

I bet he will be low 10's with the 250 shot if he can launch it off the line.

We are having a few nitrous issues that we need to work out couldnt spray all the way through but made 700 to the wheels at 5800 and 750 tq. Hopefully my stock axles hold up lol and im sure we will have to do quit a bit of fine tunning on suspension and truck before we get to our low 10 sec pass goal.
