The big brake conversion did have some unforeseen issues while installing. Running the OEM wheels requires longer wheel studs and 1/4" wheel spacer. The biggest issue is that the spare tire will no longer fit either front or rear because of how large the calipers are. I may be toting a bottle of tire slime, a small compressor, and an AAA membership as a fix.

I'm no usually an AV guy but this old school head unit uses DVDs for nav info and the reader had broken and eaten the disc prior to my ownership.

I decided to give one of the large Tesla style setups a try and ordered a top spec unit from Phoenix.

I added the HU to my cell phone plan and thus far is seems like it will work well.

The rear suspension received just modest upgrades consisting of the thickest sway bar Eibach has, HD bar ends, poly bushings, probably the last bent QA1 track bar available (only way to clear the larger diff cover), and new OEM shocks since the driver's side was leaking oil.

Machined bracket. the force on the pulley is up and the whipple bracket centers it so this shouldn't present any issues

I took the advice of some forum members here and tig'd the water pump pulley to the shaft. A nice cover makes it a secret
