Keep an eye on those wires! Ive got some sleeves that are similar, and I still managed to burn up a wire. But my wire was touching pretty bad compared to what I see there.

I finally fixed my issue by ditching the sleeve and actually wrapping my plug wire in header wrap. Since its designed to be directly on the header itself versus the sleeve protecting against radiant heat only, it works great!

That's a really good idea I have a little bit of wrap laying around from an older project. might order more and do my intake tube while I'm at it. The fact that my intake tube is metal and directly touches my radiator hose drives me mad! haven't seen my IAT go past 22C but then again in SD its still winter
Got any pics of your wires wrapped?

Yeah man here ya go. I wrapped the back 2 since the stupid hump messes with them. I just used some galvanized steel wire to hold the wrap in place. Would've preferred stainless but I wasn't making a special trip to get some just for that.

Those look good! if I have any trouble with mine will surely do that I have some stainless steel zipties laying around somewhere.
Changed trans fluid today only about a quart or so came out and the drain plug had a pretty good metal fro =/. Put in the redline 5w-30 and it seems a little quieter wish I could make it silent the annoying rattle drives me crazy! Ill probably throw some dynamat around the trans tunnel to try to cut down on the noise.

Sad day today
So its been raining for days and I left work and decided to try my 4x4. Only had the truck about a month now if that, and have yet to see if 4x4 even worked. So I put it in 4H and left a stop sign first slow Then into second at about 15 mph and as soon as I slipped second I hit the throttle to see if it would break traction. As soon as I nailed the skinny pedal I heard a pop and I lost traction. let off took it out of 4x4 because something was obviously wrong. limped it the last few miles home in 2wd only thing I noticed was a slight clicking. Snapped my front driver side axle right where it meets at the diff.
Maybe I am crazy but I would have thought that it could withstand driving on pavement in 4h. Its not like I'm boosted and I dumped the clutch at 6krpm. Besides I do it all the time in my Beater ranger with fords terrible TTB system.
Don't people 4H launch at the strip?
I have a warranty through the bank my lease is with and they are going to cover it but wow what a damper on my Friday.
