Default DETAILED 5.3/6.0 turbo-4x4 4L60E/80E(2wd) SWAP-SPREADSHEET

Hey guys, As you can see from my post count I'm new to the forums. I've been lurking a while and have decided to join in hopes of possibly contributing back to one of best forums on the web!

I've got a near bone-stock 2006 Silverado 1500 Ext. Cab 4x4 with the aluminum block L33/799 heads. It is my daily driver...for now. I will be swapping in a soon-to-be rebuilt LQ4 6.0 and a 4L80E. The motor will have an Isky triple-12 cam/matched springs, maybe?? rod bolts, head studs, ls9 gaskets, and a 70mm turbo.

I have put together a tentative spreadsheet of all required parts to do the swap. It contains qty, pricing, links, mfgr/part numbers, and vendors. I know that the links may not be correct after a few weeks/months; which is why I have included the mfgr/part numbers so they can be more easily found, should links no longer work. I am sure as I get further into the build I will have to add to the list, but this is a very good start. I included all the info I could to make this as easy as possible for anyone interested in doing a similar swap in the future. I HAVE NOT VERIFIED ALL THESE PARTS YET. I WILL UPDATE EACH PART AS I KNOW IT IS CORRECT. That said, PLEASE, feel free to chime in if you see a possible mistake, error, or a must have/recommended part(s). As of right now I still need to determine transmission extension housing part number and Output shaft part number to bolt up to my NP261 manual transfer case.

Here is a link to view the spread sheet

PROGRESS:

ENGINE
I did tear down on the 6.0 motor with another PT.net member(who has a TON more experience than me at wrenching on cars) who is helping me through this whole swap. From what we saw, it all looked good, but to be safe I'm dropping motor and heads off at machine shop tomorrow. I will be ordering parts soon!

TRANSMISSION
I picked up a used 4L80E out of a 2004 2500 2wd truck with 40k original miles. I have dropped it off at the transmission shop to install transgo HD2 shift kit,4x4 output shaft and the 4x4 extension housing. Also going to have them check it out/freshen it up with new seals,etc... I am planning to run it stock minus the shift kit unless things look bad when they get it opened up...fingers crossed.

Updates to follow as I get motor/heads back from the machine shop and start doing assembly.
