you should google them and look into the "Compound Boost Facts."
I thought those GT500 guys ditch the rotors and use the empty blower as an intake??

While I like the 'idea' I think what you will run into with any compound, having the Turbo before the supercharger is that the blower will exceed the amount of air that the blower can support, causing a bottle neck at the SC.

a turbo is like a revolving door, a supercharger(non-compressor) is like swinging bar doors. the faster you go thru the bar doors the easier it is to get hit with them. shitty example, but I see it making since in my head.

What you mean is a turbo is an air compressor and roots-style superchargers are air pumps.

Nice start! Even though a couple have tried compound setups I'm still not convinced they aren't the way to go.

What do you have planned for oiling the turbo? I'd want to cool the turbo side also.

Hes got the oiling handled with a shitload of -4 AN, 1/2 hose, and a return pump. And I believe the benifit of having a remote mount vs. a front mount is that the 12 ft. of charge pipe acts like an intercooler, not to mention the blower has an air to water intercooler under the rotors as well.

You should check out kbracing's compound boost threads. There was an argument about whether or not the supercharger would end up being a restriction...long story short, a roots blower is going to move a finite volume of air regardless of its pressure.
You guys will have to wait and see what I have in store for you. This isn't a "traditional" compound boost arrangement

Great idea on mounting the turbo.
