Hell yea... I love it when a plan comes together.

I would think these changes will net you deep in the 12's without much change in boost... I think you will be pleasantly surprised!

Got the truck nearly back together. I was hoping the belt would be long enough, but i was wrong. Anyone know what length for a 10% overdrive crank pulley and a roush blower?

What size belt do you have now? I would guess 2" longer would do the trick. Does it seem that would be enough to solve your problem?

If you want to try to use math to figure it out the diameter of the new crank pulley is about 2.5 inches more. You don't wrap around the entire thing, but 60% means the belt is at least 1.5" longer.

Yeah. Two inches would be enough for sure. I need to check the manual and see if it lists a length. The belt itself only has a few numbers on it with 298 being one of the. I thought it may be a centimeter length, but I measured closer to 285.

Thanks. I am pretty excited to have it wrapped up. I am hoping all these additions will get me another 1/2 second in the quarter.

Got it out and beat on her here tonight for the first time. The tune seems pretty good with just his first revision. Here were what I got from my logs:
0 to Speed Before After
60 mph 4.9 sec 4.3 sec
80 mph 8.0 sec 6.9 sec
100 mph 12.4 sec 10.5 sec

MAF showed a 30% increase in maximum flow rate up to around 71-72 lb/min of flow which was up from around 55 lb/min.

I am pretty impressed with how it performs, but be the judge for yourself.
