Default 96 s10 plus a lm7

My dad decided to add anther project to my list of things to do . He went to look at a box on a 96 s10 to replace the rusty one on his 95 .. well he decided the truck was too nice to part out and bought the whole truck and drooped it off here ..

not a bad truck other then the chrome striping on everything ..

since the weather was so nice Saturday I decided to take a walk at the local you-pull-it yard and found a 99 silverado that had a low mile (132xxx) 5.3 lm7 in it .. I talked to the guy at the desk to find out that it ran great but the transfer case was messed up.. so a few hours latter and 175 less in my pocket and I now have this ..

made it to the yard today and got a harness pulled .. now for the fun part ...
A buddy gave me one of his spare 4L60E's so that brings me to making some motor mounts and finishing the wiring ... This one is coming together pretty fast..

Well since the truck was just drooped in my lap i really don't have a complete plan for it yet .. I got the intake because it was cheep ... if the truck intake hadent broken while removing the engine I probably wouldn't have gotten a new intake yet..
