yeah i have been wondering about this project, one of the coolest ive seen in awhile

 

pretty cool build. One question though, looks like your instant center on the 4 link is roughly in the dirt by the front tire by the pics. Is that going to work? Looking at the way it's setup it looks like there isn't enough adjustability to move it up much. I'm no chassis guru so be gentle.

 

i'm sure they got it figured it out...i'm no chassis genius either but the man doin the work is one of the best in the country

Well...had it to the track and for a few shake down runs it did pretty good. It ran an 11.61 best pass with a mph of 119. I am getting the nitrous all lined out and will post numbers after i make some passes.

 

Are you running a glide in that? Sounds like it needs some help out of the hole. 11.61 is a pretty good start though!

 

Its a 400 with a very tight n2o converter....it should wake up on the sauce!! And it wheighed 4200 with me in it....lol.

 

I gotcha now . I couldn't hear if it shifted out of 2nd or not so I thought maybe it was a glide. And the tight converter explains why it seemed a little slow out of the hole.

Maybe I do need to look for a converter for my truck

 

Whatever happened to the twin turbo big block I thought you were gonna run?
