Default 81 Trans Am LS swap

Welp, just picked up a 1981 trans am roller and a 4.8 short block. Going to try and get all the parts gathered up and do the swap in a weekend back home. I live 8 hours away from where the car is and where the swap will be done. I think ive got everything, but the harness figured out. Should i make my own or buy one? If buy one, where from? If make my own, does anyone have a diagram? Will post pictures as soon as i can.

After i get the swap done and running itll get a cage and ill work on fabbing up a turbo setup for it.

Long road ahead but cant wait

Sounds like a sweet project. 8 hours? Dayum! That would suck. Hope it goes together smoothly.
