Now that all the improper suspension angles and hollow POS u joints have been fixed it's mostly just bog off the line with the occasional gear grind. The bog is hilariously bad if I try to leave in 2nd without a 3k+clutch dump, kinda reminds me of a mechanical bull.

Well sent off my interior bits to get the white led treatment by MikeD off the Instagram. He’s been great about communicating so far and the parts should be there Friday the 15th.

Shipping is getting outrageously expensive IMO, $57 to ship a steering wheel, AC controls, and headlight switch. It weighed 7lbs, I packaged everything myself and I chose the slowest ground shipping with no additional insurance which admittedly is risky.

Just curious how much does he charge for all that? $200-$300? I've been debating sending off my mirror adjuster and seeing if he can get it to function and light up properly. I could attempt it again but I don't wanna **** it up lol

 

He said a full interior without the cluster he charges between $185-$225 so I'm guessing maybe a little less since I didn't include any window switches. Of course, you gotta add the raping UPS gave me into that pricing but I think it's a decent price just to not have to mess with it myself.

I'll have to get back in touch with him next year and try to get him to attempt this window switch.

 

Not sure, I haven't even paid him yet. I suppose he's going to text me when he gets them and decides how much work it will be, then I'll send him money.

 

Hopefully he does or you are paying a third of the cost in shipping
