Very nice. Going to certainly get you into the 10's and possibly the top SSS spot on the list. I would still consider finding a frame setup from an 8600GVWR truck. I've found the whole trucks used for 3k or less on occasion as old work trucks. That would let you use a selectable and stronger transfercase that fully locks, a 4L80E would be a bolt in, the 9.25" front diff would bolt in for an option to an E-Locker, and a 9.5" 14 bolt rear diff. You could sell your 65E, transfercase, 4.10 gear diff's, and frame to make up for the cost. A selectable transfercase that will fully lock will be a big gain alone. Being able to heat some slicks or drag radials fully will help the rear tires alot in hooking especially since they get the most of the weight transfer.
not to mention the weight it will add. im trying to get this thing on a diet if anything.
im also still looking into changing transfercases to a selectable 4wd unit . whats different from the 1/2 ton 4wd t case to the 3/4 ton?

thats not a bad idea, just switching to an 8 lug will kind of suck . i love my wheels and brakes.

Chase, somebody has to find the limits...when it breaks, build it stronger. That is my credo for my build...when the 65E lets go, the 80E will replace it...when the T-case lets go,. well you get the idea.
Anyway, Awesome parts selection. Keep the pictures flowing, I think I speak for everyone when I say we are going to enjoy watching this build come together!

i think therear swap would be easy for this drivetrain . but the rear end is the last thing i think will break . i bet the case or the front diff goes first. i guess im the guinea pig for this .
