thanks guys i appreciate the kind words.

when i go up north to pick it up i plan to run it at the closest track up there. id like to see what it will run at a track i dont frequent in case i get the boot. ill be sure to meet up with a few of you guys .

layn ,
you still got my number give me a ring if you want to come by.

mike thanks , i know ill be going to vegas sometime soon , i make at least 3-4 trips a year. one time will be in the truck for sure to take part in some of the midnight racing hopefully in the winter to get some decent weather to help with the elevation . we may have to use the dyno before track session.

yes i do , first they give you a warning if its not too fast . usually on a shake down it doesent go to fast anyway. so two passes at least !

but the company i ordered the valve covers from is killing me, i ordered them 3 weeks ago and was told they would be done in one week . thats all i will say but its the only thing i need to fire this motor right now.

are you talking about registration and Smog, I have all my vehicles registered up in the mountains at a motel that is in a smog exempt county. no smog checks for me.
