Default 2014 Silverado Project...

I figure I'll go ahead and start a page for my 2014 since I've finally started accumulating parts for it.

I initially planned to make it as quick in a straight line as possible as I've always done with every other vehicle I've owned.... that ***** boring and now that I'm deeply involved with road racing I figure I'll make it handle AND haul ***!

as it sits today 10-24-2014 it has 19,000 miles on it and the only mods are a cai, 3000 Circle D, MBRP cat back and 3" shackles.

The front I'd like 3" total drop, I'll be using Viking coil overs to accomplish that. Out back I'll use a belltech flip kit with shackle flip for 5" in the rear, I'll be running DA Vikings in the rear with assassin bars and a hellwig sway bar.

I'm going to get the truck on the scales before I start the suspension work and see how balanced it is stock, hopefully I can make some improvements on that as well seeing as how it handles like **** currently.

Performance plans right now are shaky, I went ahead and ordered a set of the pacesetter 1 7/8" headers and I'll have an ory built once they get in. I'm going to vband the header flanges and the ory to mid pipe flange as well. After I get that all done up I'll get it in with a tuner and get some numbers. Later plans include a cam swap and an NX kit. I'll do 3.90s and a locker once those parts hit the market as well.

Appearance wise I'll color match the front, mirrors and handles but that'll wait until the stance is right at the earliest.

The day I bought her...

I haven't had mine on a dyno, but that sounds a little low from what I've heard. I won't have dyno #s until after LTs and ory and tune.

If you dont mind me asking, why? Maybe the 14+ trucks are different but most nnbs had flip kits if you wanted lower than 5".
