Are you wrapping your pipes too?

Why didn't you use the old motor? Too high CR for your taste?

I wanted do go with an iron block and aftermarket thicker deck cylinder heads. CR was 10.5 and the way I usually end up is pushing the boost to the limit. I just wanted the limit to be a little higher.

It think it would be more impressive if it was a RHS block! I just need to keep telling myself it's just a truck! I get way to carried away sometimes!

PRC 237 's. Cathedral ports. They are 3/4" castings.
I understand because everyone always tells me I should have bought a f-body or vette and did all this to that. I guess everyone makes them fast. I like the idea of be able to haul stuff, or haul people, and having a fast truck that can beat a lot of fast cars and still has car seats in the back?

Crossover is wrapped. Downpipe, manifold, and half of the cold pipes are nitroplated black as well.
