So i found out my headers won't fit, need modified with a BFH which I decided to pass on. Of course this is after I hacked up my y pipe while removing it....

So until my new s&s headers get here in running 2.5 duals from the engine back using the butchered stock y pipe and my $23 worth of mufflers, gotta love Amazon. Will post pics later to gauk at.

 

Cool, should be reliable and relatively economical.

It was only down for about 24 hours lol but it felt longer.

 

As of today the engine has over 6k miles so far. Just got back from the first road trip (2400 miles) and got an impressive 19.5 mpg on 93 octane.
