Well for once something is easier than I thought...and free. The stock fuel injectors fit the NNBS intake and fuel rail perfect!

Stock on left and NNBS injector on right.

New pistons!

Did you pay normal price for the NNBS intake or did you get a deal on it from somewhere?

I ask, because you seem to always find good deals on stuff.

The tbss is brand new and came complete, bought local on eBay. Think I paid $240? It was rejected from the Arlington assembly plant because a small chip on the throttle body.

Last week I thought maybe, just maybe the engine could be assembled and installed, not meant to be...

1. Forgot I sold lifter trays to someone that needed a set on short notice, ordered 4 more and dealer only got 1 tray.

2. UPS delayed delivery of my throttle body adapter (harness on back order)

3. Fitting on top of NNBS intake to run hose to valve cover is not available for purchase (need to solve this with a custom touch I guess)

4. Camshaft will not fit into the block, never had this problem on cast iron blocks, this is the 2nd aluminum block in a row where the new cam bearings are a pain.

But in other news I did pick up a set of new mid length headers for $250, I love when a ebay item I want is local and nobody else bids on it.
