Default 2003 Yukon Denali project

Hey guys, this is my current project, 2003 Yukon Denali. Just installed a GM Performance LS364, list of changed and upgrades is as follows.

LS364, TBSS Intake with EV1 injectors, ICT billet rectangle port to cathedral port adapters, LS3 90mm throttle body with xlink, PSC power steering pump upgrade, Gibson ceramic coated headers, Black widow Neigbor hater exhaust, Dual electric fans, 34" radiator, all silicon hoses, 160amp alternator, tune done by Black Bear Performance with EFI live. Running GAP braided lines and AN fittings from the Trans up to the front mounted Trans cooler. McGaughys 4/6 drop with Viking Performance shocks.

I am going to delete the factory fuel system, and rerun all new AN hoses and fittings as well as install the Holley fuel rails with brackets supplied by GAP. Ive been running into a start up issue with the factory corvette style 58psi fuel pressure regulator. I will be doing the 340lph Aeromotive in tank pump with their EFI pressure regulator and inline 10 micron filter so I can monitor and maintain fuel pressure. Next will be a stage 2 Gearstar Trans and converter. New rebuilt diffs front and rear with 4.11 gears. Once all dialed I will doing a side mount supercharger. Curious to see anyone else who's installed one on their similar ride. Be happy to answer questions. Project is still evolving

Nice build and welcome to the truck forum!

Just curious why not run the NNBS square port intake vs the TBSS intake?

Startup issues with the C5 regulator... is it loosing prime?

Thank you!

No reason in particular, I like how the TBSS intake flows. It was more of I purchased the intake and later realized that it was cathedral port after so I just made it work.

On the fuel pressure regulator it does lose line pressure. Im not sure if its the location of where it's mounted or something else. Upgraded to a 255lph, but every once in awhile it will crank without firing, key off and back on and it will start right up.

Mine used to do the same thing (key off key on) with the old truck intake and a 255lph drop in Walbro. Swapped to the TBSS and the C5 regulator, now it fires up every time... go figure lol. Not sure... but I don't think the Walbro has a check valve in the pump.
