after using a buddies snap on scanner to cycle the abs, I used a mity vac pump to bleed them. I got a decent peddle from that and im thinking I need to just get it out and drive it a little. my power steering pump is still a little noisy than I prefer when I rev it up. ive bled it a couple of times and im hopeing it gets better as I put some miles on it.
that being said, i got the Pat G tune loaded and was able to take it around the block for a quick cruise. all i can say is , damn the blowoff is loud!! lol most likely due to the fact that its mounted in the bumper.

Got some time this past week to put some work in. Kyle brown "kbracing" helped me do some sheet metal work in the bed and in the mean time I was able to use his knowledge on squaring away the chassis. .
That being said, I just ordered some qa1 coil overs which should be here next week. We're setting the Truck up to be able to run coil overs when I want to go play at the track by simply unbolting the shock and sliding the coil on. Should be interesting to say the least. heres a few shots of the progress..

that two tone tho... lol still figuring out what im going to do with the open spot in the back of the bed floor. I want to put some type of door there to get to the battery, valves and pump.

not bolted up yet but she fits like a glove..

Wheels are sick! Have you gotten on it at all? I'm curious how well it will hook up. I'm nervous on mine, I've thought about strapping the back of the truck to put more load on the bags to make it stiffer when I launch it but still just a thought. I think there is gonna be a lot of trial and error on both our parts haha. Idk of anyone else that is trying to do what we are doing.

sorry im just now getting back to you. its been a lil while since ive been on here. I havent had the chance to mess with it to much lately and ive only eased into it while im getting all the kinks worked out. and I agree, a lot of trial and error lol. as for others doing this, dbrods had his truck bagged for awhile with a nitrous setup. I believe he went mid 10s with it before he changed it over to coilovers..

It's cool man. I honestly just want a 10 out of mine and I'll be done. I don't want a track truck lol. Mine won't pass tech anyways so I'm gonna have to sneak it in and hope for the best. Keep it up man truck looks awesome.

I've been having a lot of issues with voltage in this thing so I decided to get a new alternator (other one was factory from 02) run 2awg to battery (In the rear of the truck) and run the the ground from block to battery aswell. Figured it was a good time to clean some stuff up so I made a panel to go in between the radiator and head lights to hold a fuse block and the fan relays. Ended up putting a new power steering pump (the old one was leaking ) and rack and pinion at the same time. And I also through a avs air gauge in the
console. I'm going to put my afr gauge in there and the make a bezel to fit around it. After seeing tukn4s truck at lst and finding out that he drove it the whole way really motivated me to get this thing rolling. Here's a few pictures of the progress. Rear sway bar and new battery box are next
