Not sure yet, funny story is I picked it up with a 1/2 tank or so of diesel and then I went to station to fill it up and I was able to get another 25 gallons into the tank! The tank is only supposed to be a 34 gallon tank so either the gauge is wrong or the guy had a larger tank installed.

The gauge moved all the way up past full when I filled it up and I have driven about 180 miles and it has moved down some, but hasn't gone past the full mark yet.

This should get interesting.
well i appreciate it yeah the battery is about shot its like 7 years old and ran a winch 5 of those years.

You still planning on going Saturday? Jose,Chad,Nathan, and I are going for sure Brad D and tucker is a maybe

I would say to lose the chrome on the lower doors but you would probably ruin the factory paint trying to yank those off. Clean find!

I had a 94 that was like that. Its just how they are. Its probably got the 34 gallon tank... 1/2 tank is really like 1/3 tank and its full is 50% past the full mark. Never understood that.

Second Optima is installed, so you can pick this battery any time you like.

Yeah, i agree with you so I will probably just roll it like it looks for now, maybe paint her all black some day and lose all the extra stuff.

You nailed it, that's exactly how the gauge is acting.

I just put fuel in for the 2nd time.

Drove 357 miles on 27.052 gallons of diesel so that's roughly 13.196 miles per gallon.

That's about 25% highway and 75% city driving so I'm really pleased with this old girl.

Props on finding a real clean OBS. But you have to lose the running boards and chrome strip asap. lmao
