Default 1992 Mustang LX to LS Swap Build

Well time to start a new build in something light, have no clue in what direction this build will go but i know the paint will change and it will be FAST! Heres one pic i had today when i got it home, ill get some more later. Im leaning towards an E-85 carb build whether its high compression N/A or another turbo build, th400 or powerglide, 9" or 8.8", only time will tell! Body is pretty straight, was an original auto 4 cylinder car..... any recommendations or other cars you may know that i can look at to get ideas will be more than welcome on this build thread along with opinions! This one will take a little longer to build than my truck considering i have an expensive kid lol, hope it turns out good and the wife will be in on this one too...

Pics of wife please.

Hahaha, anyways.... I like the project idea. I've often thought about building a Fox body notch for a racecar. They are bad-***, esp when powered by a Bot-Tie!!

They are fun and it doesn't take much to get them going fast. Good luck with the build!

Im curious to see what the curb weight will be.... im guessing around 2900-3100 when all said and done.... It should fly though!

On another note ill get out this weekend and get some good ole ugly pics of it before the tear down begins and post em up to get the thread started!

wow! i didnt know they were that light..

We just got thru putting together a 5.0 for my buddys and now he is kicking his self for not doin a LSx after we tried and tried to get him to do a lil cheap 4.8. And the later on turbo it. Could have a 11 sec car he could drive everywhere.

I have an 89 Coupe sitting in the shop behind the house waiting for me to get off my *** and drop a lsx and turbo into it... Im thinking it may get the 370 instead of the GMC.

if you decide to go N/A or nitrous with this build, i have these 82-93 fox LS swap headers new in the box.

Hedman Hedders 45846 - Hedman Hedders Headers - Overview - SummitRacing.com

i'll take 500 shipped OBO. cant wait to see the build.
