Been pretty busy except for updating this thread.

Well over the last week or so I ordered everything for the harness, fuel system, and the front accessories.

We also did a bit of work to a buddies 08 ZO6.

Heres the vette

Jason working on the upper valve train.

Mods are

Halltech intake, ARH 1 7/8 headers and ORY, tune, QM black widow cam, and corsa exhaust. We also just installed Nitto NT05 front tires and 345 NT05R drag radials. I also painted the taillights and side markers the day he brought it home about 5 months ago.

Pssst......You forgot to install the fuel injectors......

It's looking good for sure! Not sure how I feel about that alternator way up there though.

Looks awesome.

I am in the same boat it would be worth a million dollars to move the alt. somewhere else. You have a dead sexy truck and the best possible engine behind the radiator then you have a big sore thumb sticking out.

I understand what you are saying but here is the issue. I have to use the vette accessories because of radiator space.

The vette bracket hangs it out to the side which means with the grille bacl on the truck it would hang out of the side. Also the vette bracket leaves a blank hole for the powersteering.

no one makes a bracket that mounts on the lower right like the camaro/ta and even if they did the sterring box is right there.

My options were kwik performance which is what that bracket is and dirty dingo which looks better but they only make them for the truck offset. The way it is now it does not stick out over the front grille at all.

The finish will change on the bracket. Havent decided if I want to do more polished parts or have some parts anodized. I'm still up in the air about end finish out.

Another thing I haven't told you guys that the top hood will be going on the truck and this was the only bracket that I could do that with.
